Introduction

Knead Dough Pizzeria is a local family owned and operated full service italian restaurant serving Sumner County and surrounding areas. The combination of made to order food, friendly fun staff and an appreciation for the guest, is what we believe distinguishes us from other establishments. A place where the staff is trained to say “YES” when it provides an opportunity for us to hopefully exceed a guest’s expectations and trained to say “NO” to a guest’s request if we cannot meet the expectation or it impedes the service of all our guests

Our goal is to share our love of Italian cuisine in a warm environment while providing the same hospitality we offer guests in our own homes.  Where the whole family experience matters so children can play Wii, use chalk on the floor, entertain themselves with toys (provided us by our partners Sensory Smart which is a family owned and operated local business).

The menu offers a unique range of items featuring a hand tossed NY style pizzas, chicken wings, hand breaded cheese sticks, chicken parmesan, pastas with homemade sauces, hoagies with hand cut meats, salads topped with our signature homemade dressings, daily featured items and more all made to order in an open kitchen. Knead Dough Pizzeria provides hand-cut meats, fresh produce, and offers homemade desserts. In addition to menu items, we offer pizza by the slice for lunch Tuesday – Sunday 11am – 3pm, and 1/2 size portions of select menu items pretty much whenever you ask.

The kind of place where friends and family can get together, relax, enjoy great food and watch the high flying pizza dough in the open kitchen. There is a dedicated gaming area to play Nintendo Wii and two 42” HDTV’s to watch sporting events. This 76-seat pizzeria includes specialty sodas, fountain drinks, bottled water, draft and bottled beer.

We are a neighborhood pizzeria with affordable homemade food, NY style pizzas baked in a stone deck oven.

Since we are family owned and operated community restaurant. We like to create our own box which may result in us closing early or for the whole day at random. We may do this because of a holiday, weather, staff appreciation day, the whole staff is running in a 5K for charity or we are all just tired and need a break. We post all this and more on Facebook.
